A few key points have kept me at Frontline Recruitment for so many years – I love helping people realise their potential in their own careers, and relishing the joy when clients and candidates find the perfect mutual match. The strong focus Frontline has on partnering so closely with clients and candidates on every level of the business means I get to live this joy day in and day out. But perhaps the biggest key point for me is the team. I would challenge anyone to find a more lively, productive, supportive, successful and engaging bunch of people to call colleagues and lifelong friends. We support each other immensely and love what we do, and it visibly extends in to the services we provide to our clients and candidates.
