Clinical care will be at the forefront of you mind and meeting HDSS will be just part of the day to day running of the place.

At a Clinical Manger level you will be right up to speed on dealing with the issues pertaining to the aged. You will be comfortable working with and through your team, guiding and motivating them to achieve the same high standards you set for yourself.
