Due to a strong demand, our client is seeking a Sous Chef to join this dynamic brigade. You will be servicing alfresco dining, the Bistro and the function room.

To be considered for this role you will:

• Be competent in ordering, stocktaking and tracking COG's
• Be able to multi task and prioritise duties
• Have managed more junior Chefs previously
• Be able to work a rotating roster including some weekends
• Have a strong working history
• Live close to Mornington or be willing to relocate
