This is a challenging role that will require strong and enthusiastic leadership supported by a commercially savvy approach to business management as we operate in a performance based culture which you are responsible for promoting and hence growing your business

As a Sales Manager you have prior success leading and motivating a team and at interview can demonstrate evidence of your:

Essential criteria for this role includes:

• Previous sales mangement experience within healthcare – preferably devices
• Strong devices experience ideally within operating theatre
• Outstanding communication and relationship building skills

• Proven success in managing a high-performing sales team
• Experience developing business in a competitive market place
