Kyah Windle was fortunate to grow up in the mountains in the USA. Whilst her NZ Citizenship also allows her to work and play in our mountains and beaches. Twelve years ago, she came to ski and work in Wānaka (South Island) with the local ski company Cardrona. Her role as the Branch Manager for the Cardrona and Treble Cone Wānaka town office and departments saw her working across retail, hospitality, and recruitment. Her favourite aspect of the role (apart from skiing and being in the mountains) was recruitment.

She has a passion for connecting and engaging with people. She is excited to re-join the Frontline team after her maternity leave and expand upon those skills, working within the Health sector. When she is not working, Kyah loves spending time with her now 1-year-old baby girl, husband, and two dogs for long walks on the beach. She is enjoying the coastal life now, living in Nelson. Kyah loves exploring all that the South Island has to offer.
