Iain’s career began in a UK classroom before he moved into recruitment in 1994, specialising in the education sector. After relocating to New Zealand in 2009, he worked in tertiary education and later in executive search, recruiting across multiple industries including healthcare. This has given him valuable insight into the challenges of finding and retaining skilled professionals.

Having held leadership roles in education, legal, and internal recruitment, Iain understands the importance of aligning the right person with the right organisation.
