Refer A Friend Program Terms & Conditions

Frontline Hospitality SA/NT

 

As a Refer A Friend program participant (a “Referrer”), you are subject to the Terms & Conditions for Frontline Hospitality SA/NT Refer A Friend Program:

Qualified Referral. A Qualified Referral is defined as a submission to saandnt@frontlinehospitality.com.au of the referred candidate’s (“Referred Candidate”) resume by the Referred Candidate.  The submission must include your full name and mobile phone number.  To qualify for a Referral Reward, the Referred Candidate must be Successfully Placed by Frontline Hospitality SA/NT with one of our clients within 6 months of the date we receive the submission. You are limited to one Qualified Referral per Referred Candidate; repeat referrals of the same candidate will not be counted. 

Successfully Placed. The Referred Candidate commences employment with our client.

Referred Candidate. The Referred Candidate and the Referrer cannot be the same person. The Referred Candidate must be a new candidate who has not registered with any Frontline Hospitality SA/NT agencies.

Referral Reward. The Referral Reward is $250 Mastercard Gift Card for each Qualified Referral. As a Referrer, you are responsible for any and all tax liability resulting from Referral Rewards.

Eligibility. Eligibility is limited to individuals only. Frontline’s Refer A Friend Program cannot be used by businesses as determined in Frontline’s sole discretion.

Right to Reject a Referral. Frontline reserves the right to reject a Qualified Referral or Referred Candidate if the Referrer and/or Referred Candidate: attempts to use the Frontline Hospitality SA/NT Refer A Friend Program in a questionable manner, breaches any of these Terms & Conditions, or violates any law, statute, or government regulation.

Right to Cancel Program or Change Terms. Frontline reserves the right to cancel the program or change these Terms & Conditions at any time at its sole discretion. Any unclaimed referral rewards will be forfeited at that time.
