At that point between the end of term 4 2024 and the beginning of term 1 2025, I’d already disappointingly unsuccessfully tried four interviews but through positive team work and encouragement, Ellen was able to organise an interview for me at a first choice school as well as working hard to sell my service to any position she felt she could also recommend me for while performing her duty.
