Adam Hislop-Reynolds Appointed Group CEO Across Frontline, Express and Express Healthcare Staffing

Frontline Recruitment Group has announced the appointment of Adam Hislop-Reynolds as Group Chief Executive Officer, leading Frontline Recruitment Group, Express Employment Professionals and Express Healthcare Staffing across Australia and New Zealand. 

Adam brings more than 25 years of executive leadership experience in the recruitment and staffing sector, with a strong reputation for building people-focused cultures while driving sustainable growth in highly competitive markets. His career spans senior leadership roles with some of Australia’s most recognised recruitment organisations, where he has led teams through periods of transformation and expansion. 

Throughout his career, Adam has held leadership roles with Adecco, Toll People, Skilled Group, and Healthcare Australia (HCA). “At HCA, Adam played a pivotal role in scaling the organisation to a billion-dollar business within a decade.
