Alongside her recruitment expertise, Charlotte has hands-on experience as an educator for a Registered Training Organisation (RTO), giving her valuable insight into the needs of both schools and educators. With a tertiary education background and as a parent of both primary and secondary school children, she has a deep appreciation for the vital role great educators play in shaping young minds, strong communities and brighter futures.
