Nicole brings a wealth of industry knowledge and leadership experience to her role in recruitment. Having managed some of Melbourne’s most recognised venues, she has developed a strong focus on staff training, team development and understands exceptional service standards.

Having successfully owned and operated a bar in Valencia, Spain, she deepened her understanding of hospitality operations from a different perspective. Upon returning to Australia Nicole transitioned into recruitment, driven by a genuine desire to support others in building meaningful and sustainable careers in hospitality. Nicole believes passionately in the value of the industry, not just as a career path, but as an essential part of everyday life that connects people and communities.
