When did you join the Frontline family?

I joined in June 2025.

Background experience/qualifications

I’m the stereotypical law school drop-out! After two years studying, I realised the legal profession wasn’t for me and decided to explore my options by gaining some real-world exposure at a large company (where I quickly fell into an IT project). I enjoyed my time working on that initial project so much that I decided to pursue a career in IT and have been happily enjoying my time delivering technology transformations for the last 15 years. I’ve worked in many industries, including utilities, recruitment, and financial services and have worn most technology transformation hats from analysis, through to PMO, architecture, and senior leadership.

Something people don’t really know about you

I have such a wide variety of reading-and-learning interests that I’m now (affectionately) known as the “trivia hoarder” amongst my friends and family – I’m a good tag-along on a pub quiz night! Specifically, I’m obsessed with some niche history areas (Italian renaissance, historical military strategy, and art history), classic literature (I carry at least one book everywhere), and random space facts.

Managing the daily IT operations while leading local projects in collaboration with our international IT counterparts.

What do you enjoy most about working for Frontline?

The potential to engage in a broad variety of projects and tasks – running a lean team means greater opportunity to work cross-functionality and pick up new skills!
