Kelly joined Frontline Education Sydney in 2026, bringing over 10 years of experience across recruitment, talent acquisition and business operations. In her role as Candidate Resourcer and Administration Support, she works closely with candidates throughout their recruitment journey while also supporting the team with the day-to-day administration requirements that keep the business running smoothly.

Personable and approachable, Kelly enjoys building genuine relationships and making candidates feel comfortable and supported throughout the recruitment process. She is organised, approachable and collaborative, and enjoys bringing structure to the day-to-day operations of recruitment while supporting both candidates and the wider team.
