Julia has worked for 20 years within the hospitality industry, as licensee for 6 venues in and around Sydney before moving into marketing, promotions and events based management positions. She has always believed that the core of any successful hospitality venture starts with it’s people.
Julia’s passion for building culture from the ground up within businesses lead her to joining Frontline Hospitality in 2015, focusing on providing industry insight to candidates and clients within the Sydney hospitality sector. Julia then moved to open the North Coast NSW & Gold Coast/Byron Bay Hospitality agencies and has been instrumental in placing candidates from around the country and internationally, and is an advocate for the areas and opportunities offered when relocating to some of Australia’s most beautiful coastlines.
