Rodd has joined Frontline Hospitality as Agency Manager for ACT and Southern NSW after 20 years of working across a broad range of hospitality venues across Australia.

Starting in pubs and finding a passion and flair for cocktails, Rodd soon moved into cocktail bar management, then went on to manage pubs before moving into Shift Manager roles at Clubs. From there, Rodd moved into senior roles before taking on Operations and Executive roles managing Club Groups.

Over Rodd’s extensive hospitality career, the one constant has been the customer centric mantra, something Rodd is passionate about and aligns to the culture and Frontline mission of ‘People First’
