Tess has joined us from Louis Vuitton Moet Hennessy in the US where she has been for the past 3 years with Louis Vuitton, Chandon on the Moet Hennessy side of LVMH and most recently Tiffany & Co. overseeing 16 stores in the West Coast – LA, San Diego and Las Vegas markets in Retail for the brand and working closely with the HR Director managing recruitment for New Store Openings that are integral for the brand. Tess has over 12 years executive recruitment experience and has harnessed a deep understanding of luxury in retail and hospitality. She is deeply passionate about building relationships and elevating client & talent relationships whilst providing an unparalleled experience.
